Do you ship overseas?
How long will it take to get my order?
Every Kíléntár piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for most pieces, and up to 2 weeks for heavily beaded outfits, before your order is dispatched. If a specific piece requires additional time, this will be noted on the product page.

What sizes do you stock?
We stock sizes UK 4 to UK 24 (US 0 to US 20) across our full range. A detailed size guide with bust, waist and hip measurements in both inches and centimetres is available at kilentar.com/pages/size-chart.
I am between sizes - what should I do?
We recommend sizing up for structured and corseted pieces as these do not have stretch. For relaxed silhouettes, your usual size will work well. If you are unsure, contact us at hello@kilentar.com before ordering and our team will advise.
Order Returns
Can I return my product?
Yes - we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items, earrings and swimwear are not eligible for return. Please visit our Returns Centre to initiate a return.
How do I initiate a return?
All returns must be initiated through our Kíléntár Returns Centre at kilentar.returnscenter.com. Enter your order number and email address, select the item you wish to return, and follow the on-screen steps. Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days.
What is your refund policy?
All approved returns are issued as store credit only, redeemable at kilentar.com. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Monetary refunds are not offered. The cost of the return label will be
deducted from your store credit. Sale items are final and not eligible for return.
Can I request a cancellation or exchange?
Cancellations can be requested within 8 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation please contact us immediately at hello@kilentar.com.
For exchanges, we offer size exchanges on the same item subject to availability. To request an exchange please initiate a return through our Returns Centre and select your preferred size. A new order will not enter production until the original item has been received and inspected.
Currency
What currency are payments taken in?
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) by default. You can select your local currency on our website when ordering internationally. Please note that exchange rates are determined at the time of purchase and may vary. We accept the following payment methods: Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
