Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship globally.
Order processing can take up to 3-7 working days, and shipping can take up to 5 working days, depending on the location. If any item processing will take longer, we will specify on the website.
We use Aramex for shipping to the UK from Nigeria and DHL to everywhere else in the world.
We will specify on the website when pre-order starts depending on the item listed.
Customs
We advise customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tax information. Customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery, determined by the local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Kílẹntár is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.
Order Returns
Yes, we have our full returns policy available HERE.
All returns must now go through our Returns Center. Please review our full returns policy before initiating a return. Feel free to reach out via email with any questions or concerns, and our team will be delighted to assist you with your order.
For refunds, we will only refund the cost of the item within 15 days of purchase in the form of store credit only. All sale items are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our full returns policy for more information.
To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order, ensuring it is before the commencement of the production phase. We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges.
Currency
Payments are taken in GBP (£), but you can select your local currency on our website if ordering abroad. Please note that we cannot control the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of return. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Klarna.
