All Kilentar orders are considered final, except in cases where a notice is provided before production is taken place.
Please note that each garment is uniquely crafted, made to order, and personalised based on the style and size chosen on the website.
SHIPPING
Once your order has finished processing we will ship your item, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 2 to 7 working days. If you don't receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@kilentar.com
We use DHL Express or Aramex for UK customers. Please be aware that the delivery date is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and weather delays. Kilentar is not responsible for additional taxes or duties imposed by customs.

CUSTOMS
We advise customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tax information. Customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery, determined by the local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Kilentar is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.
RETURNS
All Returns must now go through our Return Center.
Prior to placing your order, kindly review our size chart. All orders are considered final FINAL. Feel free to reach out via email with any questions or concerns, and our team will be delighted to assist you with your order.
For refunds, we will only refund the cost of the item within 15 days of purchase in the form of store credit only all sale items are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please note that any items returned with signs of being worn, washed or with any tags removed, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once we receive your item, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order, ensuring it is before the commencement of the production phase. This is in place as once the item has entered production, our in-house team has already undertaken the preparation, cutting, and sewing processes.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hello@kilentar.com. Our team will inspect the garment once received and process an exchange.
Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Payments are taken in GBP (£), if ordering abroad, you can select on our website your local currency. We cannot control the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of return. We are not liable for any currency fluctuations.
