Shipping

We pride ourselves in sustainability, and understand the importance of having quality and ethically made pieces.

Please allow up to 1- 2 weeks for your order to be made and delivered, the time frame will vary on the volume of orders we receive. Our pieces are individually hand cut, and hand sewn with love and made to order just for you.

Your order will then be shipped out and tracked by DHL.

Europe 5-7 working days

U.S - 5-7 working days

Returns

Thank you so much for supporting KÍLÉNTÁR. As our items are all handmade to order to your chosen size on our size chart, we do not offer returns if your item does not fit you. Please look at our size chart before placing your order to prevent any complications. We also always cross check and inspect each item before sending it out to each customer for any faults.
We only accept returns If the item we have sent you is defected or incorrect.

An exchange will be accepted in the case of an incorrect or defected item 10 days after delivery. Please email hello@kilentar.com to process your return/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged 10 days after delivery. Please look at our accurate size chart before ordering if you are unsure about your size, or email hello@kilentar.com if you would like a made to measure fit or if you are unsure about your right size, we can assist you in getting the perfect fit.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at hello@kilentar.com. Our team will inspect the garment once received and process an exchange.

Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note we do not accept any exchanges or returns for our bespoke pieces.

 

Currency

Payments are taken in GBP (£), if ordering abroad, you can select on our website your local currency. We cannot control the exchange rate at the time of purchase and at the time of return. We are not liable for any currency fluctuations.
