Every KÍLÉNТÀR garment is uniquely crafted, made to order, and personalised based on the piece and size you select. All orders are considered final once placed, except where a cancellation notice is received before production has commenced. The information below covers everything you need to know about shipping, returns, customs, and more.

Every KÍLÉNTÀR garment is crafted with care and attention, and production begins as soon as your order is confirmed. We ask that you review your selections carefully before completing a purchase.

▪️All orders are considered final upon confirmation, as production — including fabric preparation, dyeing, cutting, and hand-finishing — commences immediately. Because each piece is produced on demand, we are unable to pause or redirect once the process has begun.
▪️Should you need to cancel, written notice must be sent to hello@kilentar.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after this window, or once any stage of production has commenced, cannot be accepted.
▪️Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. More intricate or embellished pieces may require additional time — our team will notify you directly should this apply.

We ship worldwide from either our Lagos or London atelier. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched via DHL Express or Aramex International Priority.

▪️Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
▪️A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
▪️Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
▪️KÍLÉNTÀR ships to all countries worldwide. If you have any concerns about delivery to your specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, or adverse weather. KÍLÉNTÀR cannot be held liable for such delays, but we will always keep you informed.

If you have not received your tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@kilentar.com and we will investigate immediately.
We believe in complete transparency around the full cost of your order. Please read this section carefully before placing an international purchase.

Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are charges levied by your country's government on goods arriving from abroad. These fees are entirely separate from your checkout total and are collected directly by your local customs authority — not by KÍLÉNTÀR.

▪️All customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.
▪️KÍLÉNTÀR is unable to predict, waive, cover, or reimburse these charges on your behalf.
▪️We strongly encourage all international clients to consult their local customs office or government website before placing an order.
▪️In some countries, your courier may collect customs fees on behalf of the customs authority at the point of delivery. Please ensure you are prepared to settle these charges upon arrival of your parcel.

Customs regulations vary by country and can change without notice. We always recommend checking with your local authority ahead of purchase to avoid any unexpected charges.
We hope every KÍLÉNTÀR piece brings you joy. Should something not be quite right, we are here to help.

KÍLÉNTÀR accepts returns on all full-priced Bags, Clothing, and Jewellery within 14 days of confirmed delivery receipt. In keeping with the nature of our garments, all approved returns are issued as store credit only, redeemable at kilentar.com Monetary refunds are not offered.

Conditions of Return
▪️Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received outside of this window will not be accepted.
▪️Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and entirely free from stains, odour, or fragrance.
▪️All original tags must remain securely attached. Items must be returned in their original KÍLÉNTÀR packaging.
▪️Return shipments must be sent via DHL or FedEx with a valid tracking number, which must be shared with our team upon dispatch.
▪️Returns sent via unapproved couriers or without tracking will not be accepted.
▪️Store credit is issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt and inspection, and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
▪️The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit based on your region. Please refer to Section 05 for applicable fees.
▪️All in-store purchases must be returned in-store and are eligible for store credit or exchange solely.
▪️Items purchased during flash sales, pop-up events, trunk shows, or sample sales are considered final at the point of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
▪️Returns that do not meet our conditions upon inspection will be declined and sent back to you at your own expense.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:
▪️Items designated as FINAL SALE, or purchased during any promotional or discounted event.
▪️Swimwear — for hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.
▪️Customised garments produced using measurements provided directly by the client.
▪️Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or shows any sign of use after delivery.

Where a prepaid return label is provided, the following fee will be deducted from your store credit. These fees reflect the actual cost of insured, tracked return shipping to our facility.

Our return process has been designed to be as smooth as possible. Please follow each step carefully to avoid any delays.


01  INITIATE YOUR RETURN

▪️ Visit the KÍLÉNTÁR Returns Portal and enter your order number and checkout email address.
▪️ Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the on-screen prompts.
▪️ A confirmation email will be sent once your request has been submitted.


02  AWAIT APPROVAL

▪️ Our client care team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days.
▪️ You will be notified by email once your return has been approved.
▪️ Please do not send any items back before receiving approval — unapproved returns cannot be accepted.


03  PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL

▪️ Once approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
▪️ Print clearly and attach securely to the outside of your parcel.
▪️ The applicable label fee (see Section 05) will be deducted from your store credit.


04  PACKAGE YOUR ITEM

▪️ Place your item carefully into its original KÍLÉNTÁR packaging with all tags still attached.
▪️ Place the original packaging inside a suitable outer shipping box.
▪️ Please do not use your KÍLÉNTÁR box as the outer carton — this may cause damage in transit.


05  DROP OFF AT YOUR COURIER

▪️ Take your parcel to your nearest DHL or FedEx drop-off point.
▪️ Retain your proof of postage and tracking reference until your return has been fully confirmed.
▪️ KÍLÉNTÁR cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


06  INSPECTION

▪️ Once received at our facility, your return will be inspected within 5 business days.
▪️ You will be notified by email once the inspection is complete.


07  STORE CREDIT ISSUED

▪️ Once approved, store credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
▪️ A confirmation email with your store credit details will follow.
▪️ Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is redeemable at kilentar.com.

We understand that finding the right fit can sometimes require a little adjustment. Our team is always on hand to help you get it right before you order.


▪️ Direct exchanges are not offered. Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please initiate a return for store credit using the steps above. Your credit may then be applied to a new order.
▪️ All re-orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
▪️ A new order will not enter production until the original returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
▪️ For clients outside of the United States, exchanges are not currently available. We hope to extend this service in future.

Every KÍLÉNTÁR piece is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our atelier. In the rare event that something is not as it should be, we will make it right without question.


If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@kilentar.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or a short video.


Once the issue has been verified, KÍLÉNTÁR will:

▪️ Arrange and cover the full cost of the return shipment.
▪️ Produce and dispatch a replacement at no additional charge.
▪️ Cover any customs duties or import taxes incurred on the replacement order.


Should the original item no longer be available, KÍLÉNTÁR will issue a full store credit to the value of your order.


Please do not return a defective item before contacting us. Our team will guide you through the correct process to ensure the matter is resolved swiftly and without inconvenience.

▪️Prices on www.kilentar.com are displayed in your local currency, automatically detected based on your location. You may also manually select your preferred currency using the selector on our website.

▪️All transactions are processed securely in your selected currency. The final amount will be confirmed at checkout before payment is completed.

▪️Currency exchange rates fluctuate. The amount reflected on your bank statement may differ slightly from the checkout total, depending on your financial institution's rates and any applicable foreign transaction fees.

▪️KÍLÉNTÀR is not responsible for currency conversion or foreign transaction charges applied by your bank or card provider.

▪️Store credit is issued and redeemable in the currency used at the time of the original purchase.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising from a purchase, return, or refund shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in this policy is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation. Your legal rights remain fully intact.

KÍLÉNTÀR reserves the right to amend this policy at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be published immediately on kilentar.com The version in effect at the time your order is placed will be the version that applies to your purchase.
