Every Kíléntár piece is handcrafted to order and thoroughly inspected before it leaves our atelier. If something is not as it should be, we will make it right.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns are issued as store credit only, redeemable at kilentar.com. Monetary refunds are not offered.

Return Shipping

A prepaid DHL return label will be provided upon approval. The label fee will be deducted from your store credit. All returns are routed through our London hub.

Non-Returnable Items

Jewellery, swimwear, and sale items are not eligible for return. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

How to Return

▪️ Visit the Kíléntár Returns Centre and enter your order number and email.

▪️ Select the item and reason for return.

▪️ Await approval within 1–2 business days.

▪️ Print your prepaid DHL label and drop off at your nearest DHL point.

▪️ Store credit issued within 5–7 business days of inspection.
