KÍLÉNТÀR accepts returns on all full-priced Bags, Clothing, and Jewellery, within 14 days of confirmed delivery receipt. All approved returns are issued as store credit only, redeemable on www.kilentar.com. Monetary refunds are not offered.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received outside of this window will not be accepted.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any stains, odour, or fragrance.
• All original tags must remain securely attached, and items must be returned in their original KÍLÉNТÀR packaging.
• Store credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and approving your return.
• Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, redeemable exclusively on www.kilentar.com.
• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit amount, based on your region (see Return Label Prices below).
• All in-store purchases must be returned in-store only and are eligible for store credit or exchange solely.
• Items marked as FINAL SALE, purchased during flash sales, at pop-up events, or sample sales cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Returns that do not meet our conditions will be declined and sent back to you at your own expense.

HOW TO USE THE RETURN CENTRE

Our Return Centre has been designed to make the returns process as simple and stress-free as possible. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your return is processed without delay.

Please visit our KÍLÉNТÀR International Returns Portal to begin your return.

Step 1  Initiate Your Return

• Visit the returns portal using the links above. 
• Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. 
• Select the item or items you wish to return and follow the on-screen prompts to submit your request. 
• You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been successfully submitted.

Step 2  Await Approval

Our client care team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been approved. Please do not send any items back before you have received your approval confirmation, unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Step 3  Print Your Return Label ( if you pick return label)

Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you by email. Please print this label clearly and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel. Please note that the prepaid label fee (see Return Label Prices above) will be deducted from your store credit.

Step 4  Package Your Item Carefully

Please place your item carefully back into its original KÍLÉNТÀR packaging. Ensure all tags are still attached and that the item is folded neatly to avoid damage in transit. Place the original packaging inside a suitable outer shipping box — please do not use your KÍLÉNТÀR box as the outer shipping carton, as this may result in damage during transit.

Step 5  Drop Off at Your Courier

Take your parcel to your nearest DHL or FedEx drop-off point. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking reference until your return has been fully processed and confirmed. KÍLÉNТÀR cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Step 6  We Receive & Inspect Your Return

Once your parcel arrives at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process takes up to 7 business days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete.

Step 7  Your Store Credit is Issued

Once your return has been approved following inspection, your store credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email containing your store credit details, which can be redeemed on www.kilentar.com and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
