The Ano Dress starts at the body and builds outward.

The corset bodice is structured and boned, cut from handwoven cotton with silk thread running through the weave for a quiet shimmer. Below the waist, three tiers of dyed raffia fringe fall over a semi-sheer net underlayer - each tier longer than the last, finishing at the floor. Handcrafted in Nigeria by Kíléntár's artisans.

STRUCTURE: The corset bodice is boned and structured - it does not stretch. Please check the bust and waist measurements carefully before ordering.

OPACITY: The skirt section is semi-sheer. There is no lining - the net is the only layer beneath the raffia fringe.

FABRIC CARE: The fringe on this dress is dyed raffia. Do not iron it directly — steam gently if needed. Dry clean recommended. Do not tumble dry. Hang to store; do not fold the fringe layers.

Yes. The strapless bodice is a true structured corset with boning throughout, cut from handwoven cotton with silk thread. It holds its shape - and yours - rather than stretching to fit, which is why we recommend checking the bust and waist measurements before ordering.

Is the Ano Dress see-through?
The corset bodice is opaque. The skirt section is semi-sheer: three tiers of raffia fringe fall over a net underlayer, and the net is the only layer beneath the fringe - there is no lining. The fringe provides moving coverage, with the net visible between tiers.
